Shipping policy

Order processing

Orders placed before 10pm are processed the same day. Please allow 1 business day for handling before your order is dispatched.

Delivery within the UAE

Shipping is free across all 7 Emirates. Orders are usually delivered the next day, between 9am and 10pm.

For remote areas, delivery takes 3 to 5 days. Orders to these areas are dispatched on Thursdays and Sundays.

Delivery to the GCC

We ship to Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar and Bahrain for AED 30, free on orders over AED 500. Delivery takes 3 to 5 days.

International delivery

We ship worldwide for AED 60, free on orders over AED 800. Delivery takes 7 to 10 days. We currently do not ship to Israel.

Duties and taxes

All international orders are sent on a Delivered Duty Paid basis. Any customs duties and import taxes are paid by us before your order arrives, so the amount you pay at checkout is the final amount. Nothing is collected from you on delivery.

Cash on delivery

Cash on delivery is available within the UAE and the GCC for an additional AED 20, selected at checkout. Refunds on cash on delivery orders are issued as a nechyd voucher valid for 12 months.

You’ll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order has been dispatched.
